Refund Policy
• Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof in the form of an unboxing video recorded in front of the delivery person.
• Without proper proof, refunds or replacements will not be processed.
• If your product meets the above criteria, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
• Our support team will verify the claim and process either a refund or replacement within 7 working days.
• Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, products without proof, or damages caused after delivery.
• Products will be delivered within 3 to 7 days inside Dhaka (earlier if possible). Delivery outside Dhaka may vary depending on courier services.
